| Thanks for dropping by, My Kawasaki ZRX1200R - Mid Life Crisis Begins site was established so I may share my learning experiences with fellow riders.
My first road bike was a Honda 400 Four Super Sports back in 1978, I later traded up to a Kawasaki Z1000 Mk2. Due to work related commitments I sold my bike in 1981 and did not get on another bike until living in Katherine Northern Territory 1993 where I purchased a race modified Kawasaki GPZ 550 and raced at Hidden Valley Darwin for the next 3 years and competed in "C" Grade and enjoyed every minute of it, despite the heat of the tropics. In 1997 I sold my race bike and travelled to Melbourne and did not get on another bike for the next 11 years. Due to the lack of past rides and road craft, I will be starting at the beginning with my new bike the Kawasaki ZRX1200R (2008).
